Incorrect Addresses

Sparkle Paper is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
