At Sparkle Paper, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipment to ensure the best quality for our customers.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported immediately upon delivery and no later than1 day after delivery. No exceptions.

All sales are final and not returnable unless you received a defective product.

Defective Products

All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Orders

We ensure your order is securely packaged before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, Sparkle Paper is not responsible for damage caused during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim. Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damaged items.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Sparkle Paper is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
